Fees and Insurance
Smith Chiropractic Center makes chiropractic services accessible to those who are in need, at an affordable cost. We have a variety of payment options available designed to suit each person's situation. Please speak to us about what options are available.
We do accept auto accidents and work injury claims which are covered at 100% when a third party is responsible.
As a courtesy to you , we will both verify insurance coverage and file your claim.
ACCEPTED INSURANCE
Our office is included on a number of health plans which are listed below. If you do not see your plan listed below, please call our office to verify and discuss options. Medical insurance covers some, but not all of the cost for treatment. Most plans include a deductible and copay, which are paid by the patient. If you have insurance, please notify us prior to your first visit so we can verify coverage for you.

Meet the Team
Dr. Jennifer M Smith
Dr. Smith has been practicing Chiropractic in Glendale since 1998. Originally from New York, Dr. Smith attended SUNY Albany where she studied Biology and applied Chemistry and then went on to Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield MO where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Acupuncture training was completed at the International College of Medical Acupuncture in Carefree AZ.

We have been providing highly skilled massage therapy services in AZ for over 10 years. He is well versed in a variety of techniques ranging from deep tissue therapeutic massage, to hot stone, cupping, lymphatic and cranial work.
